Who we help

We support children who learn and experience the world in their own unique way.

Whether your child has a diagnosis like ADHD or Autism—or you’re simply noticing challenges but aren’t sure why yet—we’re here to help.

Many of the families we work with are navigating things like sensory differences, emotional regulation, or daily routines that feel harder than they should.

You don’t need a label to get support.

What We Help With

At Minds in Bloom, we help make everyday life easier for both you and your child.

If your child is struggling with things like:

  • Big emotions, meltdowns, or difficulty calming down

  • Sensory differences (being overwhelmed by noise, textures — or constantly seeking more input like jumping, climbing, etc)

  • Picky eating or stressful mealtimes

  • Handwriting, coordination, or fine motor skills

  • Daily routines like getting dressed, mealtimes, bath time, or bedtime

You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. We work alongside parents to understand what’s really going on and give you practical, easy-to-use strategies that actually fit into your daily life.

Let’s talk. Book a discovery call to see if we’re the right fit for your family

  • What is Occupational therapy?

Occupational therapy (OT) helps children build the skills they need to take part in everyday life. For kids, their “occupation” is playing, learning, growing, and becoming more independent—and that’s exactly what OT supports. We use fun and practical strategies to to support your child’s confidence while giving families tools to make life feel easier.

  • What to expect

We start with a free 20-minute discovery call to learn more about your child and what’s been feeling challenging lately.

From there, we’ll walk you through what support could look like and recommend a personalized plan tailored to your child—and your family.

Depending on your needs, this may include:

    • An initial assessment

    • Ongoing therapy sessions

    • Parent coaching with practical strategies you can use at home

We’ll guide you every step of the way, so you feel confident and supported moving forward.

  • What is Neurodivergence?

Neurodivergence is a term used to describe children whose brains process, learn, or experience the world differently.

This can include children with diagnoses such as ADHD or Autism, as well as children who may not have a diagnosis but still experience challenges with things like sensory processing, attention, emotions, or daily routines.

Being neurodivergent is not something that needs to be “fixed”—it simply means your child may need different kinds of support to help them thrive.

At Minds in Bloom, we focus on understanding each child’s unique profile so we can support them in a way that works for them—and for your family.
