Assessments

We assess strengths and challenges in sensory processing, motor skills, and daily living. Based on results, we create personalized goals and strategies to support growth, school readiness and independence in daily activities.

Length: 90 mins

Fee: $150 (includes verbal feedback and a 1 page summary) Eligible for insurance coverage, check your plan for occupational therapy. ‍ ‍

Individual Therapy Sessions

One-on-one sessions support your child’s sensory, motor, social-emotional and daily living skills. We use engaging, evidence based approaches to build confidence, independence and real-life skills. Families are included every step of the way.

Length: 1 hour‍

Fee - $120 Eligible for insurance coverage, check your plan for occupational therapy.

Parent Coaching

Practical strategies and support for home, school and community. Not every child needs ongoing therapy, sometimes parent coaching with targeted strategies and support is all you need to get things on track. Also ideal for parents who live at a distance.

Length: 30 mins - 1 hour (virtual)

Fee: $60 -$120 (prorated for time) Eligible for insurance coverage, check your plan for occupational therapy.

Group Programs

Our group programs provide a supportive, engaging space where individuals build skills while connecting with peers. Designed to foster social interaction, teamwork, and learning, each program targets areas like sensory processing, motor development, handwriting and emotional regulation. Led by a licensed occupational therapist, sessions blend therapy with fun, encouraging growth and confidence.

Length: 90 mins to 2 hours
