Assessments
Our assessments identify strengths and challenges in areas like sensory processing, motor skills, executive functioning, and daily living. With these insights, we create personalized goals and strategies that support growth, school readiness, and everyday success.
Assessment: $150 (verbal feedback + 1 page summary) Appointments are 1 hour, 20 mins in length
Written report can be provided and can take 1-2 hours to write, billed at $120/hr
Individual Therapy Sessions
In one-on-one sessions, we support clients with challenges such as sensory processing, motor skills, social-emotional development, and daily living. Using evidence-based, client-centered approaches, we create engaging therapy that fosters growth and independence. Together with families, we set goals, track progress, and adapt plans to help every individual reach their full potential.
Individual therapy session (virtual or in person) - $120
Parent consult session
Guidance and strategies for everyday life at school, home and community. Typically booked as a follow up to assessment or individual sessions
Appointments are 1 hour in length and typically over Zoom - $120
Group Programs
Our group programs provide a supportive, engaging space where individuals build skills while connecting with peers. Designed to foster social interaction, teamwork, and learning, each program targets areas like sensory processing, motor development, handwriting and emotional regulation. Led by a licenced occupational therapist, sessions blend therapy with fun, encouraging growth and confidence.

Group programs are typically 1 hour to 90 mins in length. Prices vary.
Private occupational therapy services are not covered under Nova Scotia’s MSI program. Check with your extended health provider if they cover all or a portion of the fees. Please check your insurance policy to determine what your plan covers for occupational therapy services.
